DESCRIPTION : Desiccated coconut is the deshelled, pared, washed, milled, blanched, dried, sifted and hygienically packed meat of the fresh and mature fruit of coconut (Scientific Name: Cocos nucifera L.).

Recommended storage between 50-60°F (10-15.5°C) and 50-60% RH in clean odour-free area.

Away from wall where coconut product will keep for 12 months.

Avoid storage in high moisture area.
